Thanks Chris. I found the diagram quite easy actually. I sometimes have to concentrate and redo a round of join as you go when I start a new row and have to place the first motiff in the right place, but other than that it’s not too bad 🙂
Wow! This is really awesome. I was checking out your inspiration and I totally get it – there is some lovely stuff. I’m intimidated by not being able to read the directions, but your scarf is a great inspiration to just go for it!
I love the yarn/colors too.
Thanks 🙂 I was also intimidated at first but then I thought, what the heck, just do it. A scarf is an easy project to start with as it’s just one long strip of motiffs. The next Japanese crochet project might take a bit more brainpower 😉
Jou wol is so mooi! Sterkte met die volgende 54 – dis so lekker as dit begin minder en minder raak wat jy moet hak. Jou vriendin is baie bevoorreg – hoop sy waardeer dit!!!

The scarf is beautiful, how are you finding the pattern? Easy or difficult?! Chris
